Join a dynamic finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst in a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, California. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Go-To-Market Finance team by managing sales headcount, forecasting commissions, and supporting key financial deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and collaborate on sales headcount with Sales Ops and Recruiting to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reviews of key metrics, including bookings, expenses, and pipeline trends.
  • Conduct commission attainment and productivity analyses to support sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end forecasts for commissions cash and operational expenses.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to senior management for business and financial performance improvement.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, Workday, or Coupa.
  • Background in managing headcount and conducting Budget vs Actual calls.
  • Familiarity with sales bookings plans and headcount ratios.
