Job Description
Description of the role: Learning professional who designs, implements, and evaluates training programs for migration customers. May also be responsible for managing internal team learning as well.
* Map out training plans for customer by role
* Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
* Market available training to customers and provide necessary information about sessions
* Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
* Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
* Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
* Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
* Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
* Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design (e.g. Model, Consulting Education Team)
Education / Experience Required: Duties and tasks are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically 5 years of learning experience (curriculum, instructional design, know and understand adult learning methodologies, etc.) or related experience needed. Preferred experience includes Soarian Financials (RevElate). WIll also consider Millennium Revenue Cycle knowledge.

About the team: The Center for Excellence migration work is critical to the success of RevElate deployment to the market; the CoE team will be deploying the RevElate software to our customer base to ensure value of platform is achieved.

US: Hiring Range: from $69,800 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
