C# / Web Developer

As the leader of global online gift registry services, MyRegistry.com gives you the flexibility to choose items from any store in the world—whether it be a local mom and pop shop or a national chain superstore. You can also add items from stores without websites just by snapping a picture and making it easy for everyone to get the gifts they want.

We are seeking a Full Stack developer (60% Front End) with a proven record of technology leadership and building reliable software to join our growing team. This position calls for a hands-on, multi-tasker with very strong programming skills and a desire to create new, unchartered functionality in our industry together with a dedicated team of programmers.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the development team to integrate user facing-elements with service-side logic

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Collaborate with product owners to define our product, balancing features with time to market

Setup strategy to implement the stories

Build or enhance features in respect to the stories with defensible coding strategies

Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Follow agile best practices

Perform code reviews and approval pull requests

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years experience

Languages: C#, Javascript, HTML, CSS, T-SQL

Environment: Microsoft Stack (.NET Framework 4.x, .NET Core 6.0), Azure, SQLServer, Windows, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio 2022, Git

Other Concepts: AJAX, React, ASP.NET, REST/GraphQL APIs, Azure Services

Design Patterns Proxy: Facade, Thread pool, Singleton, Factory Methods

Also: Any object oriented language, Heterogeneous API Integrations, CMS, Data integration,

3-tier architecture, SOA, Web Scraping, Automation.

Experience building cloud ready applications using .NET

Azure Functions, SPA, Microservices a plus

Web Scraping a plus

Experience in React a plus

Experience in Event driven systems a plus

Full-time / Monday-Friday- In Office Position, NO REMOTE
