Technical Support Engineer

Location: Boise Idaho (5 days work from office)

Long Term Contract

Mandatory Skills - Windows 11 and MacOS Support. Jamf and/or InTune.

L1 - L2 tech troubleshooting skills in the following competencies:
-Windows laptop provisioning (strong Windows 11 user support experience and moderate MacOS support would fit)
-Help desk user support skills
-Experience with IDP like Okta
-MDM experience in Jamf and/or InTune

Day to day will be a mix of very basic in-person troubleshooting, provisioning Windows and MacOS laptops, and general application troubleshooting
candidate with our needs.
Biggest trait you need is someone with excellent time-management skills, someone self-paced and motivated in finding and absorbing documentation, having a collaborative perspective.
Roles & Responsibilities
Basic application troubleshooting tasks include:
Hardware support with laptops, monitors, and peripherals
User support and administration within Okta or a similar IDP
InTune
Jamf
In-house applications with an established escalation path
Supporting Chrome
User and hardware provisioning
Moving and managing hardware and peripheral stock inventory
