Solutions Architect/Lead Developer

Soni's client is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect / Lead Developer to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's technology strategy. This role focuses on designing scalable, high-performance solutions while leading development teams through the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, architect solutions, and ensure successful delivery. They should bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of modern development practices along with an interest in AI.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions.
• Lead development teams in the implementation of software projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software applications.
• Continuously learn and apply the latest software development practices, tools, and technologies.
• Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of software solutions.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Work with version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage codebase changes and versioning.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and ceremonies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or Ruby.
• Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with back-end development and frameworks such as Node.js, Django, Spring, or .NET.
• Understanding of database systems, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with microservices architecture. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with serverless computing.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Lead Developer, or similar role.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
