Your role in our mission

Strengthen the quality and smooth running of important projects as we create innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions for our company and clients.
Develop and oversee the maintenance of quality assurance documentation for projects and tasks to include quality metrics.
Interface with the client, company and project team leadership, measuring and communicating project metrics and recommending program changes as needed
Develop written reports of findings; escalates unresolved issues to appropriate management levels.
Evaluate work products to assess quality and reports findings.
Research alternative solutions to problems, determines proper approaches, makes verbal and/or written recommendations to appropriate parties and implements solutions.
Presents analysis findings to the appropriate levels of management verbally and through the preparation of periodic written reports.
Participates in special projects, external audits and process improvements in support of quality assurance initiatives.
Leads various initiatives.
Coordinates the definition and maintenance of an effective and efficient quality programs, including the development and presentation of associated training and familiarization to affected staff.
Revises standard practices and procedures as appropriate.
Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
Acts in a lead capacity for assigned account(s) as appropriate, performing limited leadership functions including consolidating project and task statuses for a given period and reporting same to senior management, customers and development staff.
Provide business process and functional support to existing client accounts
Deliver required internal and external documents to meet service level agreements
Review, analyze, and evaluate business requirements for new client development and existing client change requests
Document business specifications and functional needs for existing processes, and create new process documentation
Create, document, and execute test scenarios to validate client requirements are met with system design, includes development, system integration and user acceptance testing
Plan, track, document and coordinate audit support tasks for both internal and external audits, gather necessary data and information required
Supports implementation teams by coordinating/documenting requirements, specifications, design and testing efforts for drug rebate implementations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, management information systems, computer science, or related field preferred
Nine or more years of quality assurance, engineering or management information systems experience
Experience working with company products and operating systems
Experience working with client business processes
Experience in business process and information modeling tools and techniques
Experience in the Medicaid Drug Rebate or Pharmacy program highly preferred

The pay range for this position is [[salaryMin]] - [[salaryMid]] per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
