Tesla is seeking an exceptional Engineering Program Manager to join our Product Integration team. Reporting to the Integration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving vehicle package and integration efforts with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the architecture, concept, detail design, validation, and product launch phases.

Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Manage vehicle integration deliverables at each stage of the vehicle program timeline, proactively identifying roadblocks, defining critical paths, and assessing risks and opportunities
- Data-Driven Insights: Develop metrics, dashboards, and presentations to provide clear and actionable updates to stakeholders
- Prototype Management: Oversee vehicle package buck design and build activities, including prototype part procurement from internal and external suppliers
- Trial Coordination: Drive vehicle package buck trials, ensuring seamless coordination of resources-including personnel, equipment, material, and processes
- Attribute Tracking: Monitor and support the tracking of vehicle-level attributes, including mass, to ensure alignment with program objectives
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and methods, leveraging lessons learned to drive operational efficiency
- Configuration Management: Manage top-level BOM and CAD structure and configuration, supporting change management processes
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of the engineering development process, with experience working on complex hardware programs. Able to deconstruct problems into actionable steps
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical and programmatic details to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously across cross-functional teams, with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving requirements and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment is an advantage
- Familiarity with PLM and CAD systems is a strong advantage
- Up to 3 years of project management experience in a hardware development environment is preferred

$88,000 - $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
