We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead go-to-market strategy and execution for the Company's Bill Pay, with a strong focus on B2B customers, accountants, and sales enablement. This role requires a strategic, insight-driven marketer who can translate complex product capabilities into compelling narratives and drive adoption across multiple channels.
This role will play an end-to-end product marketing strategy-from market understanding to positioning, launches, and growth. You will play a critical role in shaping how we bring Bill Pay to market, enabling sales teams, and deepening engagement with accountants as a key growth channel.
Responsibilities:
* Drive comprehensive GTM strategies across the product lifecycle (0/1 launches through growth and maturity) based on customer insights and compelling value propositions
* Develop business cases, market sizing, and success metrics to inform prioritization and investment decisions
* Lead product launches and feature rollouts, ensuring cross-functional alignment, execution excellence, and consistency across all customer touch points
* Serve as the voice of the customer, with deep focus on SMBs and accountant personas
* Build and maintain a robust learning agenda leveraging qualitative and quantitative research
REQUIREMENTS:
* MBA or equivalent business experience
* 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments
* Proven track record of owning and executing successful GTM strategies
* Strong experience partnering with sales teams and driving revenue outcomes
* Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into impactful positioning and campaigns
* Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; Executive level written communication
* Strategic thinking paired with strong execution
* Strong analytical skills: Data-driven decision-making and analytical rigor
* Cross-functional leadership and influence without authority
* Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
