Position Overview:

• Seeking highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) with hands-on experience in UKG Data View, Reports, and Data Hub to join our Workforce Management (WFM) team.


• These individuals will play a critical role in ensuring the testing and successful delivery of comprehensive HR, Legal, and Compliance Reports.


• Your expertise will directly impact the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet both business needs and program timelines.
  As a QA you will be responsible for the testing process from end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining the high standards required for WFM program deliverables.


• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure that reports are not only delivered on time but also adhere to the required standards of performance and compliance.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 3 years+ WFM UKG reporting experience specifically with reporting, data dictionary and modules


• Must have a strong testing background , ideally with Test Assure for automated report writing but if not, then comparable automated testing tools


• Must be able to decipher if regression is happenings on the backend, must be able to test dictionary on the backend


• Lead only: Must have 7+ years exp and must have experience leading a team of QA testers/people management skills etc.
