Description
Join a dynamic team supporting critical financial systems.
Focus on transaction authorization applications and payment platforms.
Excel in triaging and resolving production issues.
Engage in incident management and complex reporting.
Collaborate with external vendors for seamless operations.
Propose enhancements to reduce manual tasks.
Support application updates and changes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead production triage calls to restore services and understand customer impacts.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes.
Use monitoring and reporting tools for data analysis.
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure system stability.
Propose changes to enhance tool efficiency.
Support the deployment of application updates and patches.
Work flexible shifts, including weekend coverage.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in Level 2 Production Support or similar role.
Proficient in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with scripting, automation tools, and building dashboards.
Good understanding of Agile process and experience with agile tools.
Exposure to cloud technologies.
Advanced knowledge with designing custom reports.
