Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer/Architect with strong expertise in building and implementing enterprise design systems and ensuring accessibility compliance. The role focuses on developing scalable, reusable UI components and maintaining accessibility standards across enterprise web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise design systems and reusable component libraries
Build accessible UI components using HTML, SASS, and Angular
Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and Section 508 guidelines
Develop and document UI components using Storybook
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and usability across applications
Conduct accessibility reviews, code reviews, and UX improvements
Required Skills:
Enterprise Design Systems development and implementation
WCAG accessibility standards and Section 508 compliance
HTML, SASS, and Angular development
Storybook for component documentation and collaboration
Semantic HTML, ARIA roles, and accessibility testing tools
Strong UX/UI design principles and accessible interface design
Excellent technical communication and collaboration skills
Experience integrating front-end applications with .NET or MVC environments
Familiarity with SQL and backend integration concepts
