Role: Service Cloud Engineer

Location: Waukesha, WI from Day1- Need Locals

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to support digital applications and cloud-based platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident management, technical operations, and cross-functional collaboration in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support digital applications across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Handle incident and service requests using ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
  • Perform log debugging, network profiling, and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve issues and validate processes.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and operational workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service engineering, product support, or digital operations.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and Windows-based protocols.
  • Proficiency in log debugging tools and network analysis.
  • Experience with technical documentation, process validation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and ServiceNow for incident/service request handling.
  • Ability to work in a regulated, quality-driven environment and manage cross-functional priorities.
