Description: Product Development Project Manager - Iii
  • Work Location Ashburn, VA

    Time Period : 12+months Contract to W2.

    JOB DUTIES:

    Form and lead cross functional project teams, ensuring the project plans are defined, and delivered on time. Ensuring adherence to the agile artifacts and ceremonies to deliver enterprise scale projects.

    Ensure all statuses of objectives, deliverables, issues, and updates is clearly and consistently delivered at the working team, management team, and senior leader levels.

    Integrate the project into the larger program strategic roadmap and the overall Small & Medium Business product portfolio.

    Identify and drive new ways that best-in-class E2E experiences can be leveraged within existing and future customer engagements Manage partnership

    s with cross-functional teams both within and external to the Product team.

    Maintain the product vision and strategy and effectively communicate that vision to the scrum team / project team

    MUST HAVE SKILLS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

    Minimum 7+ years relevant experience in agile, and project management in a product environment.

    Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills, with an ability to manage internal and external

    relationships up to senior levels of management

    Strong documentation skills detailed tracking, timelines, roll-ups, etc

    Advanced expertise with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and G-Suite

    DESIRED SKILLS: PMP Project Management Professional, or other strong waterfall experience, to drive the team for project plans, deliverables, program plans, statusing, etc. CSM Certified Scrum Master, or other strong Agile experience, to facilitate the Agile ceremonies and structure. Thrives working in a fast paced, high stress environment

    Ability to forge strong relationships in a matrixed structure marketing, Sales, Legal, Product, IT, etc.

    Demonstrated collaborative and consensus building strengths Demonstrated team player and leader who can effectively handle multiple priorities

    Proactive at identifying and removing impediments Outstanding analytical skills and problem solving skills

    Experience with JIRA and Confluence experience a plus

    EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's degree a plus)

    PMP Project Management Professional, or other strong waterfall experience, to drive the team for project plans,

    deliverables, project plans, statuses, etc. CSM Certified Scrum Master, or other strong Agile experience, to

    facilitate the Agile ceremonies and structure. REQUIRED SHIFT: Normal working hours are 9-5, M-F.
