About the Role
We are seeking an experienced RPA Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology teams, identify process automation opportunities, and ensure successful delivery of RPA and intelligent automation solutions.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong business analysis background, hands-on understanding of RPA tools, and experience collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process design documents (PDDs).
Collaborate with RPA developers to translate requirements into automation workflows.
Conduct feasibility assessments and support process optimization before automation.
Manage end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Coordinate UAT, change requests, and deployment activities.
Maintain stakeholder communication and support post-deployment reviews.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying new use cases and optimization opportunities.
Must-Have Skills
8 10 years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on automation initiatives.
Strong understanding of RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere).
Expertise in process mapping, requirement gathering, and documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work in a hybrid model with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Exposure to intelligent automation (AI/ML, OCR, Chatbots).
Experience working in Agile environments.
Prior experience in retail or manufacturing domains.
Understanding of solution design documents (SDDs) and testing methodologies.
Knowledge of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Power Automate Process Advisor).
