Senior Salesforce Developer

ob Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized Salesforce solutions that enhance our business operations. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements and implementing high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development: Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
• Customization: Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Integration: Develop and implement integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Configuration: Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Data Management: Manage data migration, data quality, and data transformation tasks using data loader and other tools.
• Testing: Create and execute unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, code comments, and user guides.
• Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing customizations and integrations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and processes, such as data loader and ETL tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
