Job Details
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience with SAP ECC HR modules configuration and testing.
- Proficiency in optimizing SAP HR system workflows for automation.
- Experience performing advanced reporting and dashboard development using Power BI.
- Experience with HR/payroll processes and data privacy standards (HIPAA, FLSA).
- Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) configuration.
- Experience with data validation, integrity monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain SAP ECC HR modules within the platform.
- Recommend and implement workflow-driven solutions to streamline HR processes.
- Execute unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SAP tools, Excel, and Power BI.
- Monitor and improve data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
- Assist with the development of policies related to system security (NIST 800-53, FISMA).
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
