Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Test Technician to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise with electrical, RF, and digital test equipment, along with the ability to support both hardware and software testing workflows.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining test racks, creating test setups, and executing various testing processes to support product development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build & Maintain Test Racks: Assemble and maintain test racks and setups for electrical, RF, digital, and antenna testing.
  • Test Execution: Perform tests on electrical/RF components and antennas; analyze results and troubleshoot issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate test records, generate detailed reports, and provide performance insights.
  • Lab Maintenance: Ensure the lab remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to test setups, hardware, and software.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Technical degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 3 years in an R&D lab performing light assembly and electrical testing.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficient with hand tools for mechanical and electrical assembly
  • Skilled in using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, and similar test equipment
  • Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to accuracy in assembly, testing, and documentation.
  • Independent Work Style: Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting capability across hardware, software, and test setups.
