Introduction: GRT Corporation, a leading innovator in AI-driven predictive maintenance solutions, is seeking a seasoned Lead Electrical Engineer lead our efforts in delivering state-of-the-art maintenance solutions for electric motors using Electric Signature Analysis. The role combines expertise in electrical engineering with proactive sales support to enhance client engagement and product delivery.


  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies for electric motors using ESA, optimizing the performance and reliability of client equipment.
  • Serve as a technical expert in Electric Signature Analysis, advising both the sales team and clients on the benefits and implementation of this technology.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that predictive maintenance products meet market demands and incorporate the latest technological advancements.
  • Support the sales team in promoting PowerLink - AI-based predictive maintenance solutions for electric motors based on Electric Signature Analysis.
  • Leverage technical expertise to support developing and presenting compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients, helping them understand the benefits and implementation of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners and suppliers to align product offerings with market demands and client expectations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in electrical grid technologies.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events, promoting our technologies and forging new business relationships.
  • Assist with preparing technical documentation and marketing materials to enhance product visibility and sales potential.


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with advanced knowledge of electrical control systems and predictive maintenance technologies.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with demonstrated expertise in electrical system design and customer support roles.
  • Proficient in discussing technical details and benefits with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and provide practical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Willingness to travel
