Duration: 3 months contract w/ possibility of extension or conversion to FTE role

  • This is a hybrid position open to candidates based in Irving, TX; Atlanta, GA; or Richmond, VA. On-site presence is required as needed at the candidate s local office.
  • Overtime requires pre-approval from managers.
  • Level: Mid-level Individual Contributor (Business Intelligence / Data Analytics).

Job Description:

  • The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst - MMS role is responsible for supporting the divestiture activities for the MMS Separation through accurate, timely, and actionable procurement data and analytics.
  • This role partners closely with sourcing & category management, procurement, finance, and legal stakeholders to ensure data integrity, enable informed decision-making, and track key milestones throughout the divestiture lifecycle.
  • Extract, validate, and share supplier and sourcing project data for divestiture activities.
  • Maintain sourcing and procurement data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Develop data governance standards for divestiture-related activities.
  • Design dashboards to monitor procurement performance, milestones, and key divestiture metrics.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies between systems.
  • Partner with sourcing, procurement, finance, and legal teams to align data requirements with divestiture objectives.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support ERP and other system changes related to divestiture activities.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and requests from key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar analytical role.
  • Data Analysis: Strong ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Data Visualization: Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and Salesforce, with the ability to create executive-level reports and dashboards.
  • MS Excel: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling).
  • Process Automation: Experience with process automation and identifying operational efficiencies.
  • Communication: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; ability to present to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar) and related procurement modules.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for data integrity and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster positive working relationships.
  • Experience working with procurement, sourcing, or supply chain data strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Other Skills: Report Compiling, SQL, Data Verification.
