    Work you'll do:

    Deloitte provides Integrated Risk Management (IRM) services, IT Asset Management (ITAM) including Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Services, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) services based on the client's immediate and long-term needs. By coupling our business and cyber risk functional experts on platform automation and integration with our risk and compliance domain leaders across Risk & Financial Advisory, Deloitte can provide a full spectrum of services, including:
    • Advise - Create process and strategy, implementation plans and business case development, target operating model, data strategy & governance, risk & control framework, training, and end user enablement.
    • Implement - perform proactive and administrative tasks and functions related to supporting ServiceNow implementation efforts such as: lead requirements gathering sessions, assist with configuration and integrations, create/design/develop, and execute testing plans, lead user acceptance testing, implement customized solution workflows, create process efficiencies.
    • Operate - managed operations in one or more of IRM, ITAM/CMDB or GRC services ranging from keeping the lights on for the client's environment (e.g. upgrades, maintenance) , to full-service use case development and dashboards, data analytics, engagement reporting, ticket processing/fulfillment.

    As a ServiceNow IRM, ITAM and/or GRC functional analyst , one will be helping organizations develop practical solutions to achieve better visibility over key components of the risk program, the asset landscape, leveraging leading vendor platforms or custom-built solutions. Some examples of what you will do include:
    • Working with clients to identify target use cases for automation, as well as defining and documenting business and functional requirements for software development team.
    • Designing programs and processes in a manner that supports automation, including documenting process flows, roles and responsibilities, inputs and outputs, and metrics/scoring.
    • Light configurations and customizing software applications, including forms, workflows, calculations, integrations, reporting, dashboards, access controls, etc
    • Develop analysis and advise clients on improving operations, processes and analytics.
    • Deliver projects and lead clients in strategic planning, program development, process transformation, technology enablement, analytics and decision support.
    • Facilitate client workshops and discussions, rapidly evaluate dynamic situations, and manage stakeholder expectations.
    • Participate in initiatives to improve the capabilities of the practice developing thought leadership, authoring articles, mentoring team.

    Required Qualifications:

    • BA/BS Degree in Business or any Technology discipline, Mathematic, Engineering or Information Management Systems

    • Minimum 1 year plus experience with the following:

    o Must be a ServiceNow "Certified System Administrator"

    o Must be a "Certified Implementation Specialist" in one or more applications - IRM, ITAM/CMDB, SAM or GRC

    o Experience working in a GRC, ITAM or IRC environment with a track record of executing corporate projects and growth initiatives

    o Deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.

    o Hands on experience with ServiceNow platform.

    • Possess or ability to obtain & maintain security clearance.

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proficiency with spreadsheets, PowerPoint and calendar management

    • Understand and knowledge of leading ITAM / CMDB tools

    • Experience working with ILMT, BigFix, SCCM, ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, SNOW or Aspera

    • Experience consulting with organizations to design and implement risk management process and define business and functional requirement for IRM processes

    • Prior consulting experience preferably in the federal industry.
