Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct technology solutions through all phases of the project.
- Manage all efforts required to remain within the bounds of schedule and budget with the ultimate objective of proactively maintaining a high level of user satisfaction throughout the project.
- Demonstrates experience in managing projects of various sizes, complexity, and types (e.g., application development, outsourced services).
- Execute Software Development Methodology and techniques as developed and governed by our internal Project Management Office (PMO).
- Proactively foster an environment of collaboration among teams.
- Provide day-to-day direction for team resources, including systems implementation from requirements gathering, analysis, and design, configuration, and testing, through deployment and support of various system applications.
- Develop detailed work plans, assign responsibilities, organize inter- and intra-departmental activities, conduct project meetings, and provide project tracking details and analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
- Immersive experience in the delivery of software using Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Jira and Clarity PPM tools for project tracking and management.
- Strong presentation skills, especially around risk, timeline, and project status reporting.
- Experience with building project delivery timelines and managing backlog/sprint burndowns.
- Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously (2 4 of varying sizes).
- Basic knowledge of business accounting, budget management, and billing processes.
- Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to facilitate meetings for estimation, planning, technical solutions, effort coordination, and status reporting.
- Skilled in developing project budgets, allocating resources, and using office productivity tools (MS Office, Google Apps).
- 5+ years of experience in project management roles.
Nice to Have:
- Experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet.
- Experience working with bi-coastal and/or international teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Agile Scrum Certifications such as CSM, CSP, or CSPO.
- PMI Certifications, such as PMP or Agile equivalent.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Management or Information Systems (or similar field).

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
