Required Skills

Hands-on experience with LexisNexis FircoSoft (v6.12.3 preferred or similar versions)
Strong experience with:

Firco Continuity
Firco Trust
Firco Compliance Link (FCL)

Experience with AML, Sanctions, and PEP screening
Experience configuring screening rules, filters, and matching algorithms
Strong experience in real-time transaction/message screening environments
Experience handling SWIFT, XML, and ISO 20022 message formats
Strong experience with AWS cloud platform
Strong SQL / Oracle / relational database experience
Experience with APIs, batch, and real-time integrations
Scripting experience using Shell or Python
Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
Banking / Financial Services domain experience preferred

Preferred Skills

Experience with Apache Kafka
Knowledge of event-driven and microservices architecture
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with monitoring and observability tools
Exposure to cloud-native applications and real-time streaming platforms
Experience with automation and scripting for operational support
