7 years of experience in the Field of Desktop Engineering

7 years of experience with Windows 7 & 10

7 years experience in technical approaches to design, build testing, and debugging problems

7 years of experience in active directory group policy.

7 years of experience with Window image deployment and package creation/management.

7 years of experience in PowerShell scripting language experience

7 years experience in client-based security management tools including anti-virus, PKI, HDD encryption, and general client based security hardening

7 years of experience in Networking concepts (DHCP, VLANs, ACLs, Firewalls, etc.).

7 years experience in Advanced troubleshooting and support for VPN and two Factor Authentication

7 years of experience in Active Directory administration and management.

7 years of experience with Cybersecurity best practices and compliance

7 years of experience with Intel workstation hardware

7 years of experience in mobile device management (MDM) solution

7 years of experience in handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities

7 years experience of analytical and problem-solving abilities
