Job Description:
  • The Project Candidateager will coordinate and implement Courts-related technology projects with a focus on application support, data delivery, and AI.
  • The role includes managing deliverables, engaging stakeholders, overseeing vendors, ensuring compliance with standards, and facilitating successful project outcomes in a multi-stakeholder government environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement various Courts-related technology projects.
  • Build effective operating environments and define project objectives and scope.
  • Conduct comprehensive project analysis and monitor progress.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with Courts stakeholders, vendors, and departments.
  • Prepare reports for management on project status.
  • Compile project charters and plans with clear objectives and outcomes.
  • Candidateage projects that document business requirements and deliver compliant IT solutions.
  • Develop recommendations related to resource needs, policy implications, and methodologies.
  • Produce deliverables for presentation to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple tasks, project governance, and resources.
  • Conduct consultations with internal and Ministry stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication with project vendors and escalate risks when needed.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with leadership to develop detailed project plans.
  • Define roles and responsibilities with sponsors and project office.
  • Track and report status, risks, milestones, and budgets.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules and resource estimates.
  • Guide project teams in work prioritization and timely delivery.
  • Develop requirements documentation as needed.
  • Assess project outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide change management and communication support.
  • Prepare executive-level briefings as required.
  • Follow or define project management standards in collaboration with the PMO.
  • Define application support, data delivery, and AI protocols and practices.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Equipment will be provided by Court Technology Services.
  • Candidate must complete mandatory training courses including FOIP and security awareness.
  • Standard background check required.
Experience:
  • Defining project scope and collaborating with stakeholders 8 years.
  • Developing deliverables such as charters, status reports, and risk logs 8 years.
  • Managing custom application projects with 5+ team members 8 years.
  • Managing data and AI projects/teams 8 years.
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently 8 years.
  • Implementing IT solutions across multi-team environments 8 years.
  • Leading complex in-house custom software projects in large-scale organizations 8 years.
Should Have:
  • Conducting risk/impact assessments 4 years.
  • Managing project forecasts and budgets 4 years.
  • Developing executive-level stakeholder relationships 7 years.
  • Making complex decisions without formal guidelines 2 years.
  • Experience in the public sector 3 years.
  • Working with legislated projects and short timelines 4 years.
  • Leading governance, change management, and communications 5 years.
  • Working with technical teams on complex IMT projects 4 years.
Qualification And Education:
  • Must meet at least one of the following:
  • University degree in business/management with 4 years PM experience.
  • Two-year diploma with 6 years PM experience.
  • One-year certificate with 7 years PM experience.
  • Or 8 years of PM experience.
