Description
We are looking for an entry-level Associate Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Hopkins, Minnesota. In this role, you will act as a vital link between business operations and IT, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT to ensure efficient communication and process alignment.
Provide support to front-line teams by participating in case consultations and delivering solutions.
Update and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Conduct training sessions to enhance team knowledge and effectiveness.
Perform quality reviews to maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.
Assist with basic data tasks during compliance and audit reviews.
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures across business operations.
Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support reporting and documentation needs.
Collaborate with business units to address system-related challenges and improve processes.
Monitor regulatory requirements to ensure operational compliance.
Requirements
2 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and applicable laws.
Ability to perform quality reviews and audits with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for liaising between business and IT teams.
Skilled in creating and maintaining documentation to support business processes.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic technical troubleshooting.
Capable of conducting training sessions and supporting team development.
