Overview: We seek a PMP Certified Technical Project Manager to drive software-centric projects supporting RF radio testing and compliance. This TPM partners with software engineering, RF, lab operations, and compliance teams to translate business requests into well-scoped initiatives, maintain Gantt-based schedules, set up and manage sprints, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned to internal lab milestones.

Responsibilities:

·      Discovery & Scoping:

o  Translate requests into epics, stories, and tasks.

o  Define acceptance criteria and test-readiness gates.

o  Confirm scope, dependencies, and success metrics.

·      Planning & Scheduling:

o  Build and own Gantt schedules in ClickUp.

o  Map dependencies and critical path; manage slack.

o  Maintain real-time dashboards; flag risks and slippage.

·      Agile Execution:

o  Set up and manage sprints; run daily scrums (stand-ups).

o  Enforce sprint tasking and prioritization; track burndown.

o  Drive incident/bug follow-ups; capture retro learnings.

·      RF Test & Compliance Collaboration:

o  Coordinate workflows with RF compliance and labs.

o  Align software tasks with test plans and lab run sequences.

o  Track documentation, approvals, and equipment readiness.

·      Stakeholder Communication:

o  Publish weekly status: schedule variance, risks, readiness.

o  Lead change-control and decision reviews.

o  Keep executives and cross-functional teams aligned.

·      Process & Metrics:

o  Standardize templates and operating rhythms.

o  Monitor KPIs: predictability, defect leakage, MTTR.

o  Maintain program trackers and risk registers.

Qualifications:

·      PMP certification (PMI) — required.

·      5+ years managing technical software projects in hardware/embedded/RF contexts.

·      Proficiency with PM software, ClickUp, for planning and dependency management.

·      Proven ability to set up and manage sprints; strong prioritization, delegation, and organizational skills.

·      Excellent communication; able to articulate trade-offs, risks, and decisions to engineering and leadership.

·      Preferred/Experience: Agile delivery experience; familiarity with tools such as Jira or Trello (not required).

·      Nice-to-have: Basic familiarity with Python and JavaScript to understand test tooling/automation concepts and data parsing; solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). (This is not a coding role.)
