Job Description
CAD Designer (Mechanical)
Assignment Length: 6 months
Chanhassen, Minnesota -Onsite
Job Responsibilities:
Mechanical CAD Drafting and Design to include 3-D via SolidWorks and 2-D via AutoCAD
Provide design solutions as needed in the successful execution of projects
Complete ECOs via Agile to manage drawing releases and changes
Create and release or modify BOMs in Agile as needed
Performs other duties as assigned or as necessary to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
Interface with production employees to assure high quality manufacturing and Best Practices on the shop floor.
Requirements
Associate or Bachelors Degree
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to work with minimal direction
Proficient in tools required for engineering and project execution including AutoCAD, Agile, SolidWorks and other engineering design systems.
