Description
We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a long-term contract position within the healthcare industry, offering an opportunity to contribute to impactful data-driven initiatives. The role focuses on managing databases, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring the security and integrity of organizational data.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and manage data to support organizational programs and initiatives, driving actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain analytics platforms, dashboards, and data models to address evolving business needs.
Implement robust security measures and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of data.
Create and maintain documentation, including data designs, requirements, and user manuals for stakeholders.
Design and execute data collection processes and measurement strategies to enhance analysis techniques and identify trends.
Generate comprehensive reports, summaries, and visualizations to communicate findings to decision-makers and senior leaders.
Provide training and enablement to system users, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data solutions align with business needs and drive success.
Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to measure effectiveness and forecast outcomes.
Support the development of decision-making tools, such as predictive models and performance dashboards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a human resources context.
Proficiency in Oracle and advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Python/R, and Excel.
Experience in designing and implementing data collection processes and developing dashboards and reports.
Strong skills in SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, MySQL, and performance tuning.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Proven track record of utilizing data analysis techniques to measure program effectiveness and identify trends.
Familiarity with human resources software and experience working with headcount, turnover, and talent acquisition metrics.
