    WHAT YOU WILL DO:
    • Function as technical expert for Ivanti suite
    • Partner with stakeholders to design, develop and implement enterprise wide ITSM solution
    • Identify and implement system enhancements to the Ivanti Service Desk module to streamline ITIL process workflows
    • Set up workflows, configuration changes, and developing service desk reports using Ivanti service desk suite.
    • Building objects, developing windows and views using Ivanti Service Management suite.
    • Develop solutions within the Service Management, Asset Management and Endpoint Management suite(s) and apply User Interface concepts.
    • Develops sound innovative solutions which enable process optimization and automation and create business value.
    • Participates in the creation of the ITSM strategy.

    HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
    • 5+ years of IT Service Management experience
    • 2+ years of experience using Ivanti IT Service Management solutions preferred (i.e Service Desk, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, Product Catalog, Self-Service).
    • Demonstrated ability to design, develop and implement moderate to complex ITSM enterprise solutions.
    • Software Development experience in .Net or Java
    • Strong understanding of SQL database structure to aid in reporting and design
    • Ability to work effectively in a high energy environment
    • ITIL Certification is desirable
