RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Naperville, IL that is seeking a Senior Analyst - Technology Change Management.
Essential Functions:
* Create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
* The Senior Analyst will define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
* Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
* Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
* Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
* Evaluate and ensure user readiness
* The Senior Analyst will consult and coach project teams
* Support and engage business leaders
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
* PROSCI certification or CCMP desired
* 5+ years of experience helping people go through organizational change
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
* Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
* Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
* Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
* Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
* Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
* Experience with Power BI is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
