1. Expertise in design, architecture, and optimization of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and other modules to meet organizational needs.
2. Ability to design scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards.
3. Experience in developing strategic roadmaps for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and module deployments.

8. Lead ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems.

12. Stay updated with new ServiceNow features and recommend adoption strategies.
Description
Candidates must be willing to sit onsite 2-3 days a week at client's site located in Memphis, TN.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00/hr.
