Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Philadelphia, PA that is seeking a Mid Level Product Owner.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and prioritize the product backlog to reflect business strategy and user needs
* Define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove delivery blockers and maintain momentum
* Guide teams through Program Increment (PI) planning and execution cycles
* Ensure alignment between business objectives, product features, and technical delivery
* Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to inform backlog decisions
* Support the development of dashboards and reports that visualize product performance and team health
* Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and process optimization
* Encourage team collaboration, accountability, and adherence to Agile best practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required
* SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification required
* 3-5 years of experience
* Proficient in translating business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
* Skilled in backlog grooming, prioritization frameworks (e.g., WSJF), and sprint planning
* Familiarity with system architecture and integration points
* Competence in interpreting data trends to guide product decisions
* Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting team delivery

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
