POSITION: Global Business Process Analyst
LOCATION: Alsip, IL (Onsite)
TYPE: FULL TIME/DIRECT HIRE – No Sponsorship Available
Based in Alsip, IL, Our client is looking for a Global Business Process Analyst – (Supply & Demand Planning) to act as a liaison between the IT team and the business process owners, business process leads and regional process champions.
What will you be doing?
Ensure application changes are fit for purpose of our master and transactional data needs across Global Supply & Demand Planning.
Responsible for ensuring that the regional and global Demand Planning business requirements are met and the ongoing development and evolution of our systems.
Responsible for delivering against the project plan including project technical support of initiatives as appropriate. This includes ensuring that the appropriate skilled resources are available, managing communication and engagement with third parties and AMS to deliver to the agreed timelines, to budget along and ensuring committed benefits are realised.
Responsible for defining the overarching alignment of Technical Documentation to Business Functional Documentation for current state and Continuous Improvements.
This includes the dimension of people, process, technology, reporting and data.
Responsible for ensuring that the regional teams are using defined applications and where this is not the case identifying and rectifying the root cause, in conjunction with the relevant regional and global leadership.
Provide second level support to the Global Business Process Leads & Regional Leads where they are not getting the Level 1 support expected from AMS.
Work collectively with the Global Business Process Lead – Demand & Supply Planning to prioritise support related activities with the Global IT team and escalate any issues that are not being addressed within agreed resolution timeframes.
Work collectively with trusted 3rd Parties where our AMS support model does not cover the need.
