Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Business Intelligence (BI) Professional to join our team in Malvern, PA (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will maintain and enhance the Marketing Attribution Dashboard, develop cross-functional attribution sources, and manage stakeholder relationships for attribution insights and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance existing Marketing Attribution Dashboards.
  • Develop a centralized source for cross-functional attribution as new MTAs (Multi-Touch Attribution models) are implemented.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and business teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage and communicate with stakeholders invested in attribution outcomes and insights.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing performance and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or industry certification preferred.
  • 5 8 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, analytics, and marketing attribution concepts.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
