Job Description
Required Skills:
- 5+ plus years of program or project management experience in a financial institution
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Some understanding of financial markets experience
- Excellent communication and team-working skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to organize self and others
- Knowledge of MS Office Apps (i.e. Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Project)
- Experience with financials, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, etc.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of x-Valuation Adjustment calculation
- Plans, organizes, monitors and controls technology requirements and delivery for projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion
- Effectively communicate with managers, peers, and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed
- Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan
- Establish project tasks and timelines and effectively manage them
- Define and evaluate problems and plans effective solutions
- Manage and report potential operational risk mitigation strategies for the technology elements
