Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Data Analyst with expertise in marketing analytics. The ideal candidate will focus on driving insights from campaign performance, customer engagement, and attribution models. This role requires a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies that align with marketing goals and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Performance Analysis:
- Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness across channels by analyzing key metrics such as conversion rates, return on investment (ROI), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Deliver insights into lead generation and funnel performance to optimize marketing efforts.
- Support A/B testing to assess messaging, targeting, and channel strategies.
Customer Retention & Engagement:
- Analyze customer lifecycle and behavior to understand engagement patterns and identify retention opportunities.
- Develop segmentation models to personalize marketing strategies for different customer profiles.
- Measure the impact of engagement initiatives on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value (LTV).
Attribution and Marketing Mix Modeling:
- Implement advanced attribution models to evaluate the contribution of various marketing channels to overall success.
- Provide insights into the optimal marketing mix to allocate resources effectively.
- Develop forecasting models to guide marketing spend and strategy.
Data Reporting and Visualization:
- Create dashboards and reports to effectively communicate marketing insights to stakeholders.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to marketing and business teams.
Business Alignment:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing analytics with broader business objectives.
- Provide strategic input into marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
- Proven experience analyzing marketing data to drive business decisions.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools and programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle, attribution modeling, and marketing KPIs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in A/B testing, advanced statistical modeling, and predictive analytics for marketing.
- Familiarity with machine learning applications in marketing analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
