Job Description

Summit Technologies, Inc. is looking for a SharePoint Developer. You will work with our government client as they establish an environment to share knowledge, leverage data/content and improve business processes. This position is located at Ft. Knox, KY with a 50% remote work schedule. Candidate must have or be eligible for a Secret security clearance (will sponsor).
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure classified, unclassified and approved public facing websites, portals, online communities, web-based collaboration platforms, and other DoD/DA web-based knowledge sources are continuously operational, reviewed, tested and complete any needed adjustments.
  • Ensure Microsoft SharePoint and SMS capabilities are operational, monitored and tested daily, and necessary adjustments are completed.
  • Assist with implementing adaptations and applications of approved contract AMP, TMP, CAP, and related project management documents.
  • Evaluate adaptations and applications of Knowledge Management, Performance Management, Process Improvement, Data/Content Management, Business Intelligence and Transformation plans and related documents; develop and provide recommendations, courses of action and timelines.
  • Apply, maintain and update training, education and professional development materials on a monthly basis.
  • Provide performance support to users, staff, and organizations.
  • Evaluate adaptations and applications of plans and related documents; provide recommendations for courses of action and timelines.
  • Ensure supporting contract personnel input data into the Office of the Chief Knowledge Officer Performance Support Tool (OCKO PST).
  • Input program metrics and KPI into operational SharePoint and SMS dashboards.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data on a weekly basis and that its visible within the system.

Required Experience:

  • 8 years’ experience in a similar environment, including Business Analyst type skills such as requirements gathering.
  • Experience using Webpage Builder with SharePoint.
  • SharePoint Development experience with InfoPath and O365.
  • Scripting experience using JSON. (Scripting is turned off in A365)
  • Data Visualization experience with Power BI.
  • Process mapping using MS Visio.
  • Able to provide training, to include MS Teams, SharePoint Online, One Drive. Etc.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience .
