Job Title:ERP Conversion Lead
Location: Remote but PST Time zone
Length: 1 year +
About the Opportunity
Onsite: Hybrid Watsonville office (open to relocation or someone traveling from the bay area)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in data migration or conversion projects, including at least 4 years working with Oracle Fusion
- Knowledge of Oracle applications modules, particularly in the areas of Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management and Finance, is highly preferred.
- Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and data transformation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience managing and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
- Experience with data validation and reconciliation processes.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex projects.
- Technical person but also needs to be business interfacing so almost a quasi tech/PM
- Doesn’t need this person to be super hands-on with the conversion, but need someone who can own the project technically/functionally/managing.
- A lead is a combination of a PM (30%), Functional (30%), and Technical (40%)
- High level this person would know what’s happening on the data and transactional data knowledge. Needs to have Oracle Fusion experience.
- They don’t need to have Dynamics experience.
- This person is more responsible for delivering the solution
- This person should have done a successful conversion in a previous organization
