Job Description
100% onsite at Lowell from day one with some hybrid work
Open to Contract / Contract to hire - Visa sponsorship available.
- A minimum of 8 years IT experience and 3 years working with Kronos
- Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) V8.0 and higher
- Time and attendance
- Basic Scheduler
- Accruals, Devices and Time off Requests
- Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
- Knowledge of UKG Workforce Setup Data Manager (SDM)
- Prior experience integrating with Oracle HCM or ADP
- Strong SQL Knowledge
- Experience leading projects and working with an offshore team is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing WIM Interfaces, testing and deployment.
- A member of the team that is defining, configuring/developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining Kronos Workforce Central application (Timekeeping, Global Time Off, Basic Scheduling, attestation, Activities).
- Responsible for working with business to gather, document requirements and configuring solutions within Kronos.
- Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting all interfaces, upstream and downstream, to the Kronos application.
- Work with Kronos team to assist with developing and implementing application designs to optimize performance, scalability, and sustainability.
