CSG is organized by core customer-facing lines of business to manage and grow programs within NASA, NOAA, USGS, and the NNSA , while extending our capabilities to other civilian federal government agencies fully integrated within Aerospace rules, regulations, processes, values and behaviors.
This position will provide Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) capabilities to NASA/Johnson Space Center in support of the EVA Development Project Office of the EVA and Human Surface Mobility Program (EHP). Serve as SE&I Requirements, Interface, and Verification (RIV) office integration lead to the International Space Station (ISS).
This position will be a hybrid work model and offer partially remote with some onsite work required in Houston, TX at the Johnson Space Center

What You'll Be Doing
- Support the development of SE&I processes and products.
- Manage EVA Development requirements, including inputs and traceability.
- Interface and coordinate with EVA Mission Implement Office and DO ISS Program representatives.
- Coordinate with EVA Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) teams to ensure they are getting the right SE&I support.
- Serve as the EVA Development Office SE&I representative for the Spacesuit Transition IPT.
- Coordinate/own ISS related risks.
- Provide ISS schedule integration.
- Manage ISS to Exploration EVA Services (xEVAS) interface documents in concert with the EVA Development Requirements, Interface, and Verification (RIV) Office and the EHP Mission Implementation Office.
- Provide xEVAS certification management for ISS Demo and Services.
What You Need To Be Successful
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or science
- 8 or more years of increasingly responsible professional engineering/scientific experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the NASA program life cycle and system engineering processes
- Ability to effectively apply oral and written communication to express technical concepts and recommendations to personnel at all technical and managerial levels
- Ability to work in various SE&I functions in a quick-paced, small core team that leads technical discussions across a large EVA community
- Innovation, creativity, and initiative
How You Can Stand Out
It would be impressive if you have two or more of the following:
- Knowledge of EVA systems and current technology
- Experience working with the ISS Program
- Experience with NASA spacecraft systems
- Experience performing or leading technical and programmatic tasks for NASA
