Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a large Transformation initiative, ensuring the successful delivery of transformation milestones.
  • The ideal candidate will maintain a comprehensive roadmap including the tracking and inventory of all deployed capabilities and impacted applications, track release schedules (including dark vs. live deployments), and align testing and environment timelines with broader program goals.
  • This role requires proactive coordination with business, stakeholder, and program teams ahead of each release, as well as diligent monitoring of release success and schedule changes.
  • Candidates must demonstrate technical aptitude in Agile Development, DevOps, and Architecture, with at least 4 years of experience working in scaled agile teams.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and critical thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • The successful candidate will thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments, exhibit a strong sense of urgency and ownership, and ensure seamless program execution and stakeholder alignment throughout the Transformation Roadmap

Pay Range: $60 - $70

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
