This is an amazing opportunity where looking for a business analyst interested in working in a dynamic, fast paced organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Write clear, concise, and comprehensive business and reporting requirements using our current technology stack
- Participate and contribute in design, requirements engineering, scrum execution, and technical discussions
- Provide timely and meaningful feedback on requirements, specifications, technical design documents, and testing results
- Collaborate with internal and communicate key insights and findings to the appropriate individuals
- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Develop partnerships with business teams and other groups
- Deliver the required capabilities per standards
- Identify, design, document, and maintain system processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Business/Related field or equivalent working experience.
- 4+ Years of proven experience as a business analyst
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial Property and Casualty insurance experience
- Experience with gathering and documenting thorough business requirements and user acceptance criteria
- knowledge of generating process documentation
- Outstanding communication, collaboration capabilities, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Expertise with SQL and other query languages
