Job Description:
- Analyze and document business requirements related to payment systems, with a focus on ISO 20022 adoption and integration
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into functional specifications
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for ISO standard migrations (e.g., SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS)
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle including UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off
- Liaise with compliance teams to align payment workflows with AML screening and regulatory requirements
- Prepare process flows, data mappings, and interface specifications for payment and screening systems
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates related to ISO standards and AML practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Payments domain
- Strong understanding of ISO 20022 messaging formats and payment processing flows
- Experience with payment systems such as SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS, or RTP
- Proficiency in writing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
Good to Have:
- Exposure to AML transaction monitoring, screening tools (e.g., Actimize, Fircosoft), or KYC processes
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FATF, OFAC, or EU AMLD
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
