The DevSecOps developer is responsible for supporting the Analytics organization with each of the following disciplines: Development support, Security oversight and enabling Operations. This role will be responsible for participating in the construction of a "safety culture" within the organization by supporting various teams and customers in the implementation of good security practices. This role with serve our developers by helping maintain an efficient source code repository with the correct structure and controls in place. Lastly, this role will support the broader development team by overseeing the deployment of new cloud resources and infrastructure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical area (Preferably B.E in Computer Science/Information Tech)
Experience: 6+ years work experience in performing DevSecOps activities

This role with serve our developers by helping maintain an efficient source code repository with the correct structure and controls in place. Lastly, this role will support the broader development team by overseeing the deployment of new cloud resources and infrastructure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the security approach for Analytics developers
- Oversee the security approach for our business customers
- Owns the process to create and manage service accounts
- Acts as the product owner for the delivery of products that facilitate user and/or data security
- Acts as the product owner for the delivery of products that facilitate observability of security assets
- Develops and supports CI/CD pipelines
- Oversees GitLab structure and repository settings and setup
- Helps team members work through branching and merge conflict resolutions
- Writes code to deploy physical infrastructure through Terraform or other
- Writes code to deploy cloud-native services
- Collaborates with the Cloud-Infra team to create new cloud Projects and Accounts
- Own/oversees any file used to create and compose containers (Ex: Docker Files)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical Skills: GitLab, GitLab CI, Terraform, Ansible or like framework, Bash, Docker
- Platform Skills: Google Cloud Platform
- Strong Application development expertise
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Experience with CICD frameworks and common DevOps practices
- Experience working in an onsite-offshore model
- Awareness about the Metadata, Data Quality and Governance needs of Data and Analytics platforms
- Soft Skills: Strong Leadership, analytical, engineering, problem solving,
- Soft Skills: Presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work with a broad group of team members
- Ability to take a decision and articulate back to leadership as well as business teams
- Ability to guide other team members through a complex problem or deliverable

- Python and Java
- Experience in all aspects of software engineering: Define, architect, build, test, and deploy
