Role Overview
The client is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to provide strategic leadership and strengthen business analysis practices across the organization. This onsite role focuses on mentoring a team of analysts, improving requirements quality, and driving alignment between business and technology teams within an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and standardize business analysis methodologies, templates, and documentation practices
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Business Analysts to improve performance and delivery outcomes
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and cross-functional discussions
Develop high-quality requirements documentation including BRDs, RTMs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
Validate requirements for business value, feasibility, and alignment with organizational goals
Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, product owners, and technical teams to prioritize and manage risks
Support functional, non-functional, and data-related testing requirements
Drive continuous improvement across BA processes and tools
