    Ledgent Tech is recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer to join a Software company that offers a Native App for CRM's.

    You will be providing Technical support to external clients with their Sales Engagement Platform.

    Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
    Location: Sacramento / 100% remote
    Type: direct hire
    Salary: $60-70k
    • 2+ years of direct client support experience
    • Software Troubleshooting skills, Debugging and Analyzing application logs
    • Familiarity with SIP/VoIP
    • Experience working with a Ticketing support system.
    • Familiarity with CRMs a plus
