PROJECT NAME - ITS Development Team Lead Staff Augmentation

JOB DETAILS
Development is primarily focused on Licensing & Permitting, Childcare Subsidy or Time &
Attendance applications. The project workload is split 70 % (Maintenance) 30 % (New
Development). Project sizes are around 5 members.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is for a senior level Microsoft .Net Developer, who will also have responsibilities as
a development team lead and customer liaison. The individual will be required to have
demonstrable experience developing for customers in the state government sector, and an
understanding of required business workflows for those customers. This individual will be asked
to participate and perform at every level of the development life cycle, including but not limited
to, requirements gathering, design, development, testing/QA, implementation, training, and
maintenance. This individual will be expected to manage tasks, time, and resources for a small
group of application developers (3 to 8), while doing the more advanced development work and
keeping the overall projects on track.

40 hours/week, 8am-5pm

Project Management, Ability to develop, track and manage project work plans.
Expertise in designing and implementing web-based applications using a Microsoft platform
Expertise in designing and implementing Client based applications using a Microsoft platform
Experience in the full application/systems development life cycle, including analysis, requirements definition, design,
technical specifications research, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance
Experience managing the day-to-day activities of a Microsoft centric development project team of 3 plus members.
Expertise in designing and implementing API's (Application Program Interfaces)
Experience with Licensing & Permitting Application Development & Maintenance
Experience Developing and Maintaining Payment Applications
Experience with Time & Attendance Applications Development & Maintenance

Business skill sets required:

Expertise in IT project management, including the ability to develop, track, and manage project work plans
Ability to work effectively with a team to accomplish team projects and solve technical problems

Master's degree preferred; Bachelors required. Preference will be given to candidates with in-depth development experience in
