Position: Database Manager
Location: Detroit, MI
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description:
- Experience in SQL Server.
- Experience in Database Operations.
- Experience in Database Analysis.
- Identify Database Issues & Analysis.
- Day-to-day operations oversight, Direction/Prioritization when issues arise, Problem resolution, Metric review/presentation, Job run approvals, Process improvements, Metric improvements, Gap/issue resolution.
- Triage all the issues to the team for resolutions, from informatics leadership, business teams, informatics peers and all other IT areas.
- Triage the issues and send it to the teams through ticketing systems.
- Strong experience in Deployments, Process Management/Improvements, Change Control Approval, MAR audit, Schedule Compliance Escalations and Support.
- Databases are sitting in Cloud (Should have cloud experience, AWS could be great).
- Databricks is a Plus.
