Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of a modern, cloud-based Case Management System. The role involves acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams to define requirements, document data flows, and ensure business needs are met.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to define APIs and ensure alignment with system goals.
Create data flow diagrams, screen designs, and process flows using Lucidchart.
Develop user stories in JIRA and support testing and validation.
Facilitate meetings, requirements sessions, and user acceptance testing.
Explain complex data concepts to both business and technical audiences.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience.
Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience defining and documenting API requirements.
Expertise in creating data flow diagrams and process documentation.
Proficiency in Lucidchart and JIRA.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel up to 10% for stakeholder meetings.
Experience in government projects.
PMP or ITIL certification.
