Cloud Security Engineer / Azure / South Jersey

This well-known healthcare organization is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to join their well-established security team. The organization is currently migrating their tech stack to Azure, and they are largely a Microsoft shop. They need someone familiar with the entire Microsoft suite, particularly Azure, to ensure the process goes smoothly and securely. This person will be moving the company towards cloud firewall governance, securing their DLP migration, and more. If you're looking for an opportunity to put your stamp on a security program, this could be a great fit!

This is a full-time role that requires in-office presence in South Jersey about once a month (sometimes less) - only local candidates will be considered. Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in cloud security
  • Azure strongly preferred
  • Migration experience preferred
• DLP and firewall experience
• Security generalist background
  • Vulnerability management
  • SIEM
  • Incident response
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

"Nice to Have" Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Relevant security certifications
• Healthcare industry experience
